Loz is not only one of our trusted trainers, but also the creator and director of Fresh Air Training Australia. Loz's vision was to develop a child friendly fitness program which not only helps people acheive their goals, but enables them to have fun in the process. Her prorgrams are devolped from scratch and derived from thourough reasearch and experience. Sessions are devised to give you the best results possible, whilst keeping exercise fun and interesting. No two programs are ever the same, so you never know what to expect.

 

Loz has a huge passion for health and fitness with past experinece in dealing with obesity herself due to pregnancy, which gives her the knowledge and ability to be able to know exactly what is takes to lose those kilos and create a better lifestyle for your future. This experince, teamed with her qualifications, makes Loz a force to be reckoned with when it comes to her profession. She is 100% committed to assiting you in obtaining your goals and always goes that extra mile to assist you on your journey. 

Ryan McLoughlin

Meet our resident Male trainer, Ry.

 

Ry has had over 7 years experience within the health and fitness industry helping countless clients reach goals they would never have deemed possible. Be it through pushing you to the max during every session, or helping you eat right when you are at home, Ry has seen almost every situation and can adapt his skills to help anyone.

 

With an extensive background in sport, this has given him the knowledge and skills to recognise your limits and see the potential in every person. Combine this with his qualifications and you are in for some fun, some hard work, which will take you to a new level in which you can achieve!!!

Hey Guys! My name’s Chantal. I am one of the Trainer’s at Fresh Air Training. I love being able to share my passion & love for Fitness & Exercise with my clients & helping to empower them to become the best version of themselves. Exercise is not just about increasing fitness but smashing the barriers that hold so many of us back. It provides an opportunity for new found confidence and a different attitude towards life. 

I am a Mum of 3, so my life can be a little crazy sometimes but it’s important for my sanity to allow time for “me.” This usually takes the form of running. I love being able to completely clear my mind and zone out.   

My qualifications include: Bachelor of Exercise Science, Certificate III in Fitness, Certificate IV in Fitness – Currently Studying, First Aid & CPR as well as Spartan SGX Coach. 

I train for and compete in OCR (Obstacle Course Races). The basics of OCR involve overcoming physical challenges in the form of obstacles with a whole lot of mud and laughs thrown in.  As well as this I like to run, which goes hand in hand with the aerobic endurance side of OCR. I have participated in a variety of events from Spartan OCR to The Kokoda Challenge to many Fun Runs, including the Sunshine Coast & Gold Coast Marathon Festivals.  

My training programs are uniquely designed to improve your physical condition whether at a beginner or an advanced level, with the aim to maximise your competition fitness goals and the excitement of the overall event experience. I believe in offering programs based on functional event  fitness, and in the importance of total-body movement through the effectiveness of cross training and various training techniques. This training can include running, circuit training, agility training, strength training, low impact body weight training and Obstacle Course Training. In simple terms, when training with me, you can expect to: bend, crawl, carry, climb, hang, jump, lift, lunge, pull, push, run, sprint, squat, squirm and twist. You will move your body how it was designed  to move. Let me help you Conquer Your Obstacles!

 

Ali has been practising yoga for over fifteen years, and is passionate about health and nutrition. She enjoys helping others connect with their body, mind and spirit. and finding inner strength and peace in a fast paced world.  She graduated from My Health Yoga as an instructor in 2009, and has been teaching for over seven years in Toowoomba.

 

Ali is experienced in pregnancy yoga, mums and bubs yoga, kids yoga, beginners to advanced. My favourite style is a power vinyasa class which burns fat strengthens your core and improves flexibility.

Tim McCarthy Zin

Hey there I'm Tim. 

 

I have 18 years of dance training including Tap, Jazz, Highland/Scottish and various of other styles. I have always had a passion for dance and when I heard about Zumba from a fellow work friend I decided to give it a go and after the first class I fell in love with this.

 

In June 2014 I completed my Zumba Basics 1 following with Zumba Step in August 2014. Late August 2014, I completed Zumba Gold. February 2015 was the start of many trainings for the year as I added Aqua Zumba to my repertoire. April saw me take on Zumba Pro Skills and Zumba Sentao. May 2015, I undertook Zumba Toning training. In September I completed Zumba Gold Toning online. 

 

July 2015 saw me host my very first Zumba Gold Party Class with Jarrod Tucker and also seen the first ever training come to the Toowoomba region.

 

I am currently studying my Cert 3 in Group Fitness and should be completed by April 2016. I started classes with Fresh Air Training in 2015 and have enjoyed every class.
